Our Story
Two Arms, One Standard
YS Enterprises began with a simple observation. Clients in Islamabad were forced to juggle separate builders, suppliers and finishers - and every handover between them cost time and money.
We brought both sides under one roof. Today we construct grey structure and turnkey projects, and run a general order supply operation serving government departments, contractors and offices across Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Two arms, one standard.
Our roots go back to 2012 through M/s Riaz Hussain Shah & Co, our group's earlier government contracting arm, giving today's leadership well over a decade of hands-on experience before YS Enterprises was formed.
Registered & Compliant: YS Enterprises is registered with Pakistan's Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) as a General Order Supplier, operating since 2017 with active taxpayer status - giving government departments, contractors and corporate clients a documented, compliant partner to work with.

Engr. Yasin Shah
An engineer by training and a builder by conviction, Yasin Shah personally oversees critical stages on every project - foundations, slabs, wiring - before they are covered up.
His rule for the team is simple: build it as if your own family will live in it, and deliver supplies as if your own name is on the invoice.
